We coordinate and communicate with the tenants, vendors and owners as needed for our maintenance issues. Protecting and maintaining your home and your investment is a top priority for us.

Owners are provided with access through our online Owner Portal, where you can view up to the minute financials and copies of any bills that are paid for full transparency.

Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

The application process includes a credit check, criminal and eviction background screening, confirmation of employment as well as asset and landlord verifications from current and past owners. Another key ingredient is starting with in person showings by one of our licensed agents. Our goal is to place responsible tenants who will care for your home like it is their own.

Our clients are provided with access to the owner's portal in our management software providing transparent accounting to review rent payments, invoices, lease documents and access to dozens of financial reports. We have a specialized accounting team and banking that specializes in trust account management. This ensures you have access to everything you need to track the finances of your property at your fingertips.

Legal Advice

We want to ensure that your property meets the necessary safety requirements for tenants along with making sure you are well protected with our extensive lease documents. We stay up to date on the current requirements and ever changing laws in California through continuing education, seminars and close contact with local attorneys specializing in tenant/landlord laws to make sure we are doing everything necessary to protect you and your investment.
